Dubotech, a Dhaka-based deep-tech company building underwater, ground, and aerial autonomous systems, has raised US$350K in funding led by Agile Minds Solutions, with reinvestment from Horizon Investments.  

The raise follows Dubotech's 2024 institutional round led by Startup Bangladesh, also backed by Horizon Investments. The new capital will fund the company's research and development, expand engineering and manufacturing capacity, and accelerate commercialization of its autonomous systems for defense, maritime, industrial, and infrastructure applications.

Dubotech traces its roots to BRACU DUBURI, an underwater robotics research initiative at BRAC University, and builds its full technology stack in-house, from mechanical systems and electronics to embedded software and AI-driven decision-making.
