Titan Dynamics Raises US$9Mn to Scale Advanced sUAS Platforms
Newsletter
Titan Dynamics, a defense technology startup building advanced small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS), has raised US$9Mn in a Seed funding round to scale the development and deployment of modular drone platforms, mobile sUAS factories, and auto-generating UAS software. The round was backed by Long Journey, Tamarack Global, NVTBL, Epakon Capital, Discipulus Ventures, HF0 Residency, Cherubic Ventures, and angel investor Justin Caldbeck, as militaries globally seek unmanned systems that are faster to build, cheaper to field, and easier to adapt to changing mission requirements.
Founded by Mohammad Adib and Noah Benton, Adib grew up in Bangladesh before immigrating to the United States, where he taught himself to code in high school and went on to build and exit two companies before the age of 21. He started Titan Dynamics in 2022 as the war in Ukraine intensified focus on how drones could be produced faster, fly further, and cost significantly less than traditional defense platforms, beginning with the idea of fully 3D-printing drones to enable rapid iteration and deployment.
"Titan Dynamics builds combat-proven, 3D-printed drones for defense and commercial use. Our drones have been deployed to four continents, delivering unmatched performance and adaptability at a fraction of the cost. Our deployable drone factory can be dropped anywhere and start printing thousands of drones. We’ve completed multiple U.S. DoD contracts and are outpacing legacy manufacturers with proprietary design tools and rapid production capabilities", said Founder, Mohammad Adib.
Titan Dynamics replaces traditional defense manufacturing with a vertically integrated system that combines modular, 3D-printed airframes with software that accelerates the transition from design to deployable systems. Its platforms are designed to be rapidly reconfigured based on mission needs, while mobile sUAS factories enable localized manufacturing and sustainment closer to the field, reducing reliance on long and fragile supply chains.
Before raising this round, Titan Dynamics was bootstrapped for over two years, during which the company delivered and supported multiple military contracts while building the technical and operational foundation for scaled deployment.
With the new funding, Titan Dynamics plans to scale its engineering and manufacturing teams, advance its integrated air systems and software stack, and increase production capacity to meet growing demand. With systems already proven in the field, the company aims to reshape how unmanned systems are designed, built, fielded, and sustained for next-generation defense operations.
