New York-based Fin.com, co-founded by Bangladeshi-born Nabeel Alamgir, emerged from stealth on Tuesday with a US$20Mn Seed round, closed in August, to build white-label payment infrastructure that converts stablecoins into local bank accounts and digital wallets.

The round was led by Expa and Uber co-founder Garrett Camp, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Tenet Fund, the founders of Figure, Mesh founder Bam Azizi, Second Sight Ventures, and sovereign and royal family offices in the Gulf and Africa. The founders declined to disclose the company's valuation.

Fin.com was co-founded by Nabeel Alamgir and Mustafa Dar. Alamgir was born in Bangladesh, grew up in Kuwait, and moved to New York as a teenager; he previously founded the restaurant-technology company Lunchbox. Dar was born in Pakistan, grew up in Saudi Arabia, and moved to Los Angeles at age five; he founded the private jet company 24/7 Jet in 2012 before stepping away in 2023 to join Expa as an investor. Alamgir pitched Dar on the idea in late 2025, and Dar transitioned from prospective investor to co-founder. Vitor Lourenço, founding partner at Expa, took Dar's place as one of the round's co-investors.

The company's name is an abbreviation for "finishing the job"—both founders have it tattooed on their bodies.

Fin.com sells its payment infrastructure to financial services firms, consumer platforms, and prediction markets, enabling prediction-market users to fund wallets from exchanges such as Binance and Crypto.com and helping platforms move corporate funds across borders. The company declined to name specific clients but said they collectively serve more than 800 million users; Alamgir put the figure at 825 million in a post announcing the round. He also said Fin.com had completed seven acquisitions in the preceding 12 months. Beyond its New York headquarters, Fin.com has offices in Las Vegas, Dubai, Dhaka, Bangalore, and Lahore, with the founders citing South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East as key markets informed by their own backgrounds sending money abroad.

"We believe that money movement is like a plane taking off from one airport, but it has to land somewhere else," Alamgir told Fortune. "We want to solve the last mile delivery problem."

Lourenço said the cross-border focus reflected Expa's own makeup: "All of the Expa partners are immigrants. We grew up in different countries, so the opportunity of cross-border payments was very clear for us," he told Fortune.

The raise comes as stablecoin activity expands globally following the Genius Act, which Congress passed in July 2025 to establish a federal framework for dollar-pegged stablecoins in the United States. As published in DeFiLlama data, the sector's combined market capitalization surpassed US$305Bn in September, up more than 77% from a year earlier. Fin.com enters a field that includes Circle, BVNK, and Bridge, the stablecoin infrastructure provider owned by Stripe, as well as Fasset, the Bangladeshi-founded, Dubai-based stablecoin neobank that reached unicorn status in August on a US$68Mn Series C led by SBI Group. Fasset was co-founded by Dhaka-born Mohammad Raafi Hossain, whose company's unicorn status marked the first time a Bangladeshi-founded fintech reached that valuation tier globally.
